Remote Assistance for Business
Welcome to the LCS Remote Assistance page. This page allows our engineers to securely take control of your computer to resolve your computer Issues or perform other tasks that you require such as file maintenance or software installations. For full details of how this service operates please read the instructions and costs below.
Before proceeding, please call LCS on 029 2088 4618 to discuss your computer problem and obtain an invitation code.
Business users are split into several categories; Contract clients; Pay as you go existing clients; new clients. All contract clients and existing clients will already know the price structure. New clients will be required to pay (via PAYPAL, no account required any debit / credit card is accepted) our minimum remote assistance fee for businesses which is currently £24 plus VAT for up-to 30 minutes of remote support. All remote support sessions are billed in 30 minute increments. Business Users receive a no fix no fee guarantee with a maximum charge of 3 hours for a single problem on a single machine.
On contacting LCS the problem is discussed with an engineer who will estimate the time required. Once you have paid via PAYPAL (or any credit/debit card) below you will be given an invitation code.
Enter the Invitation Code in the "Enter Invitation Code" box above then click Join.
Windows will then pop up a box in which you select "Open".
Once installed, a box will popup saying "You have successfully connected to your session. Your LCS Engineer will typically operate the session".
Your machine will now be ready to be under the control of an LCS engineer who will resolve your problem.
If, after a maximum of 3 hours, the agreed problem has not been resolved then either you will be given a refund or the engineer will continue free of charge until the issue is resolved.
